The Board of Perry Township Trustees met in Special Session on Monday, March 23, 2009 for the purpose of meeting with Stolly Insurance for a quote from them for our liability insurance.

     Roll Call: Merle Ackley, present, Jeff Rosebrook, present, Gary Baker, present, and Cindy Stalling, present.  Also present from Stolly Insurance was

Ryan Lane

and Jack Orders. 

      Stolly Insurance in a part of the Ohio Plan, they brought over a quote for the township and went over it with the Trustees.  Mr. Orders stated that we would have a 2,000,000.00 limit with a 4,000,000.00 aggregate total per year with this plan.  They would like to have a list of drivers for the township. 

     After going over the quote and a lot of questions being asked, Mr. Merle Ackley made a motion for Stolly Insurance to put a bind coverage on the township from April 10 -13 until our next meeting.  This would be from the date our current insurance would be due until our next township meeting, seconded by Mr. Jeff Rosebrook.  Ackley, yes, Rosebrook, yes and Baker, yes.
